The Association of Black Psychologists - Mizzou Chapter took a day trip to Ferguson, Missouri to help the residents of Green Canesville Aparment Comples. The residents in this area were directly affected from the shooting of Michael Brown, who was also a resident of this neighborhood. The Exec board met up with ABPsi members from St. Louis and even had a yoga instructor on sight to teach the residents how to deal with their negative feelings. ABPsi passed out stress balls, taught attendees how to breath, and gave insight on ways to cope with their community issues.
